We offer unique, lightweight, and easy-to-transport arches and chalkboards. The arches are all hand crafted and wooden. Most come apart into 3 pieces to make transportation a breeze.

Reserving a rental is easy. Click the item you want and press the “Rent me Now” button to add to your cart. Check out, sign the required forms, and pay in order to complete your reservation.
After completing your reservation, you will receive a detailed email with instructions for the pickup and return process.
We are located in Coeur d’alene near Lake City High School. The exact location will be given after you submit a reservation.

At this time, customers pick up the arches and chalkboards and handle setup themselves. We provide a simple setup guide to help ensure a safe and easy installation. All our arches are designed to be easy to transport and set up and you save money on no delivery fees.

The best way to contact us directly with a question is through our email archandboardcda@gmail.com. If you know what rental you want for your event, go ahead and reserve it for the date you want and if for any reason there is overlap with another event, we will reach out to you.

We recommend reserving as early as possible. Many weddings book several months in advance, especially during peak wedding season.

Yes! You may rent just the chalkboards on their own. If you’d like our custom lettering service, you will have to add that service separately to your cart along with the chalkboard rental. Once you check out with the custom lettering service, a form will ask you to submit the custom lettering and design you’d like on each of your rented chalkboards.

Yes! Our arches are commonly used for outdoor ceremonies. However, they should not be used in high winds or severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

Absolutely! Most couples decorate their arches with florals, greenery, or fabric.
Please avoid attaching heavy décor or anything that could affect the stability of the structure.

We understand accidents happen. If an item is returned damaged, repair or replacement costs may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

Weather does not qualify for refunds once rental items have been picked up. However, we strongly recommend discontinuing outdoor use during high winds or severe weather for safety.

Because rental items are reserved specifically for your event date, booking deposits are non-refundable. If your event date changes, we will do our best to transfer your reservation depending on availability.
